Since joining The Fox in November 2022, Sabastian has grown alongside the bar itself. Starting as a barback, he quickly earned greater responsibility through his work ethic, curiosity, and natural instinct for hospitality, building a strong foundation in service and operations.
After spending time at The Catbird Seat, Sabastian broadened his perspective while working alongside one of Nashville's most acclaimed hospitality teams. The experience refined his leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to creating thoughtful, memorable experiences for every guest.
Now back at The Fox, Sabastian serves as Floor Manager on our busiest evenings, overseeing the operations with confidence while continuing to develop within the bar program as a Server throughout the week. His journey reflects a genuine passion for hospitality, mentorship, and making every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
