Renae brings a culinary mindset and genuine curiosity to everything she does behind the bar. Raised in Rochester, Minnesota, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Hospitality Management, building a foundation that has shaped her thoughtful approach to service, flavor, and hospitality. Since joining The Fox in March 2026, she has quickly become a valued member of the team.
Her bartending journey began in a neighborhood tavern in Minnesota before taking her through a variety of hotel and resort bars. It was while working alongside chefs and culinary teams that she discovered a love for ingredient-driven cocktails, sustainability, and the endless possibilities that great food and beverage can create together. Whether tasting a new spirit, produce, or ingredient, she's often the first to say, "This would be great in a cocktail."
At The Fox, Renae continues to bring that same curiosity and creativity to the bar every day. Alongside her BarSmarts Certification, she has represented Brother's Bond Whiskey as both a bartender and hand model, while her FFA State Degree reflects the leadership, work ethic, and appreciation for agriculture that continue to influence her approach to hospitality. If she's making a drink for herself, it's almost always a Classic Daiquiri, preferably with Smith & Cross.
