Born in California's Bay Area and raised in the eastern Sierra mountains, Caleb brings a blend of West Coast hospitality and technical precision behind the bar. His approach is rooted in classic cocktails, thoughtful service, and a genuine appreciation for the craft.
Caleb's bartending career began in the service well of a neighborhood Italian restaurant in Sparks, Nevada, where he mastered the fundamentals while turning out dirty martinis and pouring house wine. Six months later, he joined Chapel Tavern in Reno as a door host and barback, receiving formal cocktail training before working his way up to Lead Bartender.
Since joining The Fox in June 2022, Caleb has become an integral part of the team, helping shape the guest experience while mentoring fellow bartenders and championing timeless cocktail traditions. His dedication to the craft has earned industry recognition, including BAR5 Day 2026 and BAR Ready with Distinction. Whether he's behind the bar at The Fox or mixing a drink for himself at home, you'll most likely find a classic gin martini with a twist in his hand.
