Senior Bartender
Raised in Marietta, Georgia, Allison discovered her passion for hospitality while pursuing a degree in aerospace engineering. After entering the industry as a busser in 2019 and stepping behind the bar in 2021, she quickly realized that bartending offered the creativity, precision, and connection she had been looking for. Her career has taken her through sports bars, restaurants, hotels, neighborhood bars, and high-volume cocktail programs, each adding a new perspective to her craft.
Since joining The Fox in July 2024, Allison has quickly risen to become a Senior Bartender, earning recognition for both her leadership behind the bar and her success in cocktail competition. Known for her technical precision and calm confidence under pressure, she has continued to distinguish herself through industry education, earning her Bar 5-Day Ready Certification, BarSmarts Spirits & Mixology Professional Certification, WSET Certified Agave Master, and WSET Level One Award in Spirits. Her dedication has also translated to the competition stage, where she captured back-to-back titles as Speed Rack Nashville Champion (2025) and Speed Rack Louisville Champion (2026).
Whether leading fellow bartenders, competing on the national stage, or serving guests at The Fox, Allison approaches every shift with the same commitment to craftsmanship and hospitality. If she's making a drink for herself, expect a Negroni.
